Has in-depth knowledge of automotive service repair covering collision damage, mechanical and electrical, preventive factory maintenance, OBD diagnostics and tuning, warranty claims for OEM parts and service from manufacturers, extended warranty claims from non-dealer insurance-based repairs and services.
